At Port Kembla Precinct X, membership is about connection, collaboration and strengthening the local precinct together. By joining PKX, members agree to:

Community & collaboration

  • Act respectfully toward other members, businesses and the broader community

  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive precinct environment

  • Engage in collaboration where possible and avoid behaviour that undermines fellow member

Representation

  • Represent their business and PKX with integrity

  • Avoid misrepresenting PKX or claiming endorsement where none exists

  • Use PKX branding only with permission

Participation

  • Engage constructively in precinct initiatives, events and discussions

  • Raise concerns through appropriate channels rather than public conflict

Compliance

  • Follow relevant laws, regulations and local requirements

  • Comply with the PKX Constitution and any adopted policies

PKX reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership where conduct is inconsistent with precinct values or policies. Right now, joining PKX is free. We want participation to be easy while the precinct grows and finds its rhythm together.

    • essential service providers supporting PKX operations

  • Members may request access to or correction of their information at any time.
